Favourite characters are Renji, Nel, Hitsugaya wooop wooop!!

This is my frist tutorial so...

from: this:  to this:  in paintshop pro 8 (the old version lol)

I don't know what its from or the name of the character but heres the full view here

Here we go fristly crop the image 100x100 and duplicate the base then soft Light, 100%.



Then go to layers, new adjustment layer - colour balance
- Midtone 26, 46, 100
- Shadow -13, 5, 7
- Highlights 30, -5, 54



Again with the layers, new adjustment layer but use - channel mixer
- Red -10, 87, 1, 17
- Green 0, 100, 0, 0 (or just leave it because its the same)
- Blue -40, 94, 31, 0

 It changes completely XD Woop!!

But its abit too dark so I added new raster layer and filled it with #FFFFFF Soft Light, 100%.



Thats better! Now I used this Texture (but I dont know who made it, so if you know who made it then tell me) on Muliply, 100% I turned it by using Image, Mirror (if you didn't know) then I rubbed out, on the texutre which went over her face so it was spolling it.



Then I got another texture (and again i don't know who made this so tell me if you do) on Screen, 100%.

 and again I rubbed out the bubble that was over her face.

Next bit is the writing which you can change any time, I had to rotate it by Selections, Select All then Image, rotate, Clockwise 90
For the small text I used AngsanaUPC, size4 with the colour #C2A2DD
and for the bigger writing I used AngsanaUPC, size10 with the colour #451B5D



You dont have to do this but I duplicated the princess writing then change the colour to #C2A2DD and went to Adjust, Softness, Soften



Then you can add a border if you want XD I did.
